María Marotochief of strategy, new projects and back office in aftersales, Renault

Graduated in Industrial Engineering from the University Carlos III of Madrid, she joined Renault in 2006. Initially, she developed her professional work in the company as an aftersales consultant for Renault dealers, optimising their profitability, the work organisation, the lay-out, etc. In 2012 she changed the position to Product Manager of Maintenance and Wear&Tear, and 2 years later to Customer Retention B2C Manager, being responsible for the achievement of business objectives and all new projects in these areas.

In 2017 she was promoted to Aftersales Field Force Coordinator, deploying in the network all the actions and programs elaborated in marketing, creating tools to follow up the business activity and taking the responsibility of the final AS Turnover.

In 2019 she added to her portfolio the position of Head of Motrio Network and Wholesales Strategy in Renault. She is working to increase the number of MOTRIO Point of Services, giving them a whole 360º plan and building the wholesales strategy for the other channels, driving new projects and supporting Renault Dealers in these activities.
