Matteo MassoneCEO, A21 Holding & Carsafe
Matteo Massone was born in Genoa in 1970. After graduating in Electrical Engineering from the University of Genoa in 1995, he began his career in the operational marketing of electrical materials for Bocchiotti SpA and then continued in business development on large customers for Xerox SpA , in the software sector and large printing and archiving systems.
In 1999 he moved to telecommunications for Marconi PLC, where he held roles of increasing responsibility until he became Account Director for 22 countries, residing for long periods in Sweden and Germany. In 2003 he became a shareholder and General Manager of Sessa Klein SpA, a leading company in the design and manufacturing of aluminum and glass furniture systems for the railway and mass transit market.
In 2007 he moved to China for 2 years, where he was responsible for developing the new company headquarters in a JV with a Chinese partner. In 2017 he dealt with the sale of SessaKlein S.p.A. to the American multinational Lippert Components Inc., leader in the production of highly engineered products for vehicles of various kinds, covering the role of Operations Director for the Railway division.
Since August 2021 he has held the role of CEO and General Director of A21 Holding and it subsidiaries Carsafe and Autosicura, with the goal to manage the transition of the group from a 50M€ local small company to a 200M€ sales large enterprise within 2026.
