Matthias Rolinski was nationally and internationally active in various positions in the automotive supplier and workshop industry before his time as Customer Director at Carglass. In 2017, he moved into healthcare technology as Managing Director of Amplifon Germany. Under his leadership, the global player for hearing aid acoustics has developed into the leading provider in Germany with 550 locations and over 2,000 employees through the acquisition and integration of existing companies.

Growth through acquisitions and solid organic growth remains at the top of IRS’ list of priorities. Both in Germany and internationally the group wants to expand further and takes thereby also further business fields into the view, which supplement the service portfolio in the sense of the customers meaningfully. At the same time, he has pushed the integration of the business units within the IRS Group in order to offer B2B partners and end customers all services related to the repair and reconditioning of vehicles from a single source. With lean, scalable processes in claims management and a consistent focus on innovative vehicle technology and mobility concepts, IRS is geared to the customer demands of the digital and EV future.
