With over 2,500 employees at more than 200 locations in Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden and the UK, the IRS Group offers comprehensive services in the areas of body and paint work, smart repair, hail damage repair and interior and wheel refurbishment.

Under his leadership, the IRS Group has strengthened and expanded its market position through strategic acquisitions. He has introduced lean, scalable claims management processes in order to offer B2B partners and end customers all vehicle repair and preparation services from a single source.

Matthias Rolinski has aligned the IRS Group with the customer needs of the digital future, consistently focusing on innovative vehicle technology and mobility concepts.

Matthias Rolinski previously held various positions in the automotive supply and workshop industry, such as Carglass, and as Managing Director of Amplifon Germany, the world’s leading provider of hearing solutions. Under his leadership, Amplifon developed into the leading provider in Germany. Matthias Rolinski is a recognised expert in sales, marketing, and operations in the automotive aftermarket.
