Michael is an automotive industry veteran with over 35 years’ of experience at manufacturer, distributor, and dealer level in a number of different markets including the UK, Singapore, Thailand, New Zealand, and the Kingdom of Bahrain. His brand exposure covers BMW, MINI, Toyota, Lexus, and more recently multi-franchise service centres. Currently, he is Senior General Manager, Aftersales for Ebrahim K Kanoo in Bahrain with a multi-cultural workforce of nearly 700 members operating in 10 different locations. A passionate advocate for customer service and a champion of developing people, his team have won multiple awards from Toyota and external parties for their work in talent management, skills development, quality standards and customer satisfaction.
