Michael Lastuka is the auto industry liaison working directly with all auto manufacturers in North America.  Michael’s primary function is cultivating relationships with the OEMs with an emphasis on Service Engineering for the benefit of mutual customers.

He also provides technical support for the Vehicle Research Facility, Claims Research Auto Support Hotline (CRASH), Auto Innovation, Auto Safety groups, and P&C Claims.

Prior to his career at State Farm, Michael owned and operated a Collision Repair Facility in the Cleveland Ohio market. He is an ASE and I-CAR Certified Collision Technician, a current CIC member, and is very passionate about supporting secondary and post-secondary collision vocations and has been an automotive enthusiast all his life.
