Michael LoPrete is the Managing Director of 4Plastic, an emerging company with leading edge solutions in plastic repair for the collision industry.

While an expert in plastic repair, his industry experience includes work with noteworthy companies including Ford, Akzo Nobel, BASF and Hedson Technologies. Together with that automotive OEM, paint company and repair equipment background, he is also a trained estimator with experience in collision parts sourcing.

In addition to launching 4Plastic, Michael is also active on behalf of the collision repair industry. He is a member of the Market Disruptions Committee at CIC and has spoken at events for the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) as well as IBIS.

His formal education includes a B.A. from Albion College as well as an MBA and MS (Strategic Management) from Indiana University. Even more valuable is the training he has received from helpful and engaged management, peers, staff, customers, and friends over his 22 years in the collision repair industry.

He is enthusiastic about connecting people and ideas.
