Michelle Sullivan has a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in the collision repair industry. Prior to joining Certified Collision Group as CEO in 2024, she held senior leadership positions in both the paint manufacturing and PBE distribution segments.  Michelle is passionate about leaving the industry better than she found it by delivering value to customers, partners and industry stakeholders.  She engages with numerous industry organizations, most notably the Women’s Industry Network.  She served on their Board for 7 years and is the former Chair.  In 2016, she was honored with the Most Influential Women award.
