Armed with a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, Miguel has accumulated intensively over two decades of extensive experience within the automotive industry. Commencing their professional journey in the realm of consultancy, Miguel undertook a variety of roles focused on enhancing processes and elevating customer satisfaction across the fundamental business domains of prominent automakers, including Renault, Nissan, Ford, and Peugeot.

In 2007, he embarked on a passionate path with the top Japanese automotive brand, where he excelled as the Zone Manager for Toyota and Lexus. Continuing his career progression, he assumed the pivotal role of Kaizen and Projects Manager in 2017. In this capacity, he not only leads the department responsible for streamlining and optimizing operational processes but also brings his international approach to bear, enriching the project’s global perspective. He is spearheading a range of initiatives aimed at fostering professionalism among dealerships. These initiatives encompass, among others, the implementation of digitalization tools, bodywork improvement programs, and human resources development.
