Mina Sahib is the Founder and Managing Director of The Code Consultancy. She is a seasoned insurance professional who started her career in Toronto, Canada with North America’s largest personal lines insurer. She then moved to the Middle East and worked with and alongside insurers, brokers, start-ups and solution providers in the region.

She is also the Founder of the Women’s Insurance Network – MENA, a UAE based initiative she started in 2020 to provide a space for female insurance professionals in the MENA region to network and grow personally and professionally.

Mina Sahib has a B.A in Political Science from York University in Toronto, Canada, a mini-MBA in Digital Insurance from the TDI Academy, an award in General Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and is PMP Certified from the Project Management Institute.
