Mustafa Tütünoğlu is 54 years old and has spent all his life in the car after sales industry. He started his career in 1987 at his family company which acted as a solution partner to almost all car and commercial vehicle manufacturers of the time. After several years of experience with car manufacturers, he started an equipment dealing business to car damage repairers in 1993 and then he was the co-founder of Met Teknik company which was established in 1998. Met Teknik company rapidly earned a well-deserved reputation among car repairers and became one of the leading suppliers in the market by representing many prestigious equipment and technology producers from all over the World.

Mustafa and Met Teknik have also worked on methodology development for safer repairs through the years and those works were the foundation of the famous Met Teknik Academy that was embodied in 2006. Met Teknik Academy has gained the trust of market so quickly that led Academy to be the training partner of many important car manufacturers and importers. Today, Met Teknik Academy is one of the leading education and methodology institute in the market.

As stated often by Mustafa, his main focus is still safer repairs, methodology and ensuring drivers’ and passengers’ lives are protected during accidents in a previously repaired car. Met Teknik and Met Teknik Academy joined RS Automotive Group in August 2022 and Mustafa has been continuing his work as a member of executive board at RS Automotive Group since then.
