Odom is president and founder of First Frontier Solutions, an advisory group for the insurance, auto repair, and private equity industries.

Odom served in various executive and leadership roles in the top 10 P&C insurance companies over the last 25 years with experience in auto claims operations, innovation, strategic initiatives, catastrophe response, project / vendor management, claims systems, centralized services, and contact centers.

Odom served as the Assistant Head of Automotive and Strategic Partnership for Tractable, a company specializing in artificial intelligence and computer vision for accident and disaster recovery, serving over 31+ top 100 insurers across 14 countries around the world.

Prior to that, Odom served as Executive Director leading USAA’s Auto Claims Experience and Catastrophe Operations with responsibility of a worldwide strategy for response to catastrophic events. At Farmers Insurance, he led the Strategic Initiatives and the direct repair program. Odom also served in various leadership roles at Nationwide Insurance managing the auto field operations and direct repair program contact center.

Odom currently serves a member of the Data, Privacy and Access Committee for the Collision Industry Conference (CIC), and Board of Directors and Vice President of Chapter Affairs for GRTU.
