Paul Gange is the President of North America for Advantage Parts Solutions. In his role, Gange is responsible for all aspects of North American operations. Previously, Gange was the President and CEO of Fix Auto USA where he launched the brand’s franchise systems strategy in 2011, providing independent repairers an opportunity to reposition in the multi-store operator (MSO) market segment. During his career, Gange has held numerous senior executive positions with both Audatex, a Solera Company, and Mitchell International, an Enlyte Company. He has served the industry as a member of the board for CIECA, and as an advisory board member for information providers and insurance companies; is an active CIC participant; and has spoken as a keynote domestically and internationally.

Paul resides in San Diego, California and has three grown sons: Charlie, Christian, and Scotty.
