Paul Gange is the Chief Operating Officer, U.S. Collision for Gerber Collision & Glass. In his role, Paul is responsible for all aspects of Operations for more than 850 repair centres in 34 states and oversees Gerber’s Mobile Auto Solutions business. Paul previously was the Vice President and General Manager of OEConnection’s eCommerce Division. Before that, Paul was President of North America for Advantage Parts Solutions, after serving as President and CEO of Fix Auto USA where he launched the brand’s franchise systems strategy in 2011, providing independent repairers an opportunity to reposition in the multi-store operator (MSO) market segment. Paul has held numerous senior executive positions with Audatex, a Solera Company, and Mitchell International. He has served the industry as a member of the board for CIECA, and as an advisory board member for information providers and insurance companies. He is an active CIC participant and has spoken as a keynote domestically and internationally.

Paul resides in San Diego, California and has three grown sons: Charlie, Christian, and Scotty; and two granddaughters.
