Peter started as an apprentice mechanic on Nissans in 1978, when he was 15 years old. In 1986 Peter was promoted to Area Manager (NSW) with Nissan Motor Company. In 1989 he moved into a national role as Technical trainer, a role he held for 3 years. In 1994 he commenced a new role as National Manager, Technical for Daewoo Automotive Australia before moving to work in the insurance industry as Operations Manager for AAMI in 2001. In 2005 Peter started as Regional Service manager at Hyundai, before being promoted to senior manager, national service in 2010. In 2016 he was promoted again to GM and in 2020 promoted once again to GM, Aftersales. Today, Peter is GM, Strategic Projects, Aftersales at Hyundai Motor Company Australia.
