YBrs Puan Mas Tina Abdul Hamid has been with Vehicle Theft Reduction Council of Malaysia (VTREC) more than 10 years.  VTREC is a Council with the objective of reducing vehicle theft rates in Malaysia.  In fulfilling the goals and noble’s efforts in the initiatives towards reducing the rate of vehicle theft, among the efforts carried out are through improving the eco-system and advocacy to relevant parties including the public.  Prior to her role in VTREC, YBrs Puan Mas Tina was the Retail Regional Manager at Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd (Shell Malaysia), one of biggest petroleum company in Malaysia of which operates including wholesales and distributes petroleum in the country.

In her mission to reduce rates of vehicle theft nationwide, she actively worked together with stakeholders including the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM), the Malaysian Road Transport Department (JPJ), Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM), Ministry of Transport (MOT), Malaysian General Insurance Association (PIAM), Malaysian Takaful Association (MTA), Association of Loss Adjusters (AMLA), PUSPAKOM Sdn Bhd, Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA), Motordata Research Consortium Sdn Bhd (MRC Malaysia) and others for the same motivation and mutual benefit which is to reduce the national vehicle theft statistics.
