Richard started his career in 1985 as apprentice painter, working through the ranks to become Body and Paint Manager for Porsche/Mercedes Benz, where he organised one of the first aluminium work facilities for the Porsche Network and was awarded Body and Paint Manager of the Year. He followed that with 12 years at Ford Retail UK  in his role as  Group Bodyshop Manager for the UK and Channel Islands with 16 Bodyshops and 32 Mobile Van Operations. Richard has spent the last 2 years as Managing Director with Petromin Corporation in KSA, setting up and growing their Body and Paint Network in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam and Qassim.

In his current role, he is also responsible for Petromin Tristar Operations that operate a Transmission Remanufacturing Line, along with Engine and Transmission rebuilding from 8 locations across the Kingdom servicing heavy mechanical repairs.
