Roger joined Snap-on Inc. in 2003 and has since held various management positions with increasing responsibilities within Sales and Marketing, first within Snap-on’s European Tool business (SNA Europe) before joining the Equipment Division in 2016, prior to the Car-O-Liner Group acquisition, which he then helped integrate as Director of Integration. Roger and his team have extensive knowledge of global market and technology trends in the Automotive Industry and turn this into innovative new products, services, methods and training addressing the needs of OEMs, dealerships, fleet operators, body shops and independent aftermarket workshops worldwide. Roger holds a Master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland, specializing in Business Administration and SMEs.
