He is an Industrial Engineer ICAI-ICADE from the Pontifical University of Comillas (1988-1994) and has a Diploma in Labor Relations from the University of Salamanca (1996-1999).

To complete his training in Senior Management he has completed:

• Executive – MBA, CEF Center for Financial Studies, 2000 – 2001
• International Management Development Program, School of Industrial Organization 2010 – 2010
• Digital Business Senior Management Program, The Valley Digital Business School, 2022 – 2023

He has developed his professional career at CESVIMAP. He began working in September 1995. In October 2009 he was appointed deputy manager of CESVIMAP and in January 2019 Deputy Director General of CESVIMAP, a position he currently holds.
