After 16 years of insurer experience in different insurance companies and markets, Samir joined GIG Gulf Insurance (previously AXA) in May 2009 as the Recovery Manager. His career he has been based around data expertise, which led him to become the Regional Claims Strategic Manager at GIG Gulf. Samir is an expert in using data analytics to understand how to help the organisation build an effective strategy to solve business issues and guarantee high operational savings throughout the claims management process.
