After completing her high school studies, Sarah pursued further education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies and a Bachelor of Laws. She then became an admitted solicitor and spent eight years working as a criminal lawyer, managing clients with serious criminal charges. This role provided her with deep insights into various life experiences.

After having children, Sarah faced a pivotal decision: continue practicing law part-time or explore new opportunities. In 2022, she chose to channel her skills and energy into the family business, joining her husband at MPSR Group, an award-winning body repair shop in Marrickville that repairs around 150 damaged vehicles a week.

As the Chief Administrative Officer of MPSR Group, Sarah quickly made a significant impact. In her first year, she was honoured with the Paint and Panel Women in Collision Award in the Owner/Manager category. Recently, she received The Collision Repairer Women in Automotive award for 2024, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the industry.
