With a background rooted in technical training and industry partnerships, Scott plays a vital role in aligning I-CAR’s educational and certification programs with evolving OEM repair procedures and industry standards.

Prior to joining I-CAR, Scott held leadership roles at major OEMs and within the collision repair sector, including serving as National Collision Repair Manager at American Honda Motor Co., Inc., where he oversaw the development and implementation of Honda’s certified collision network. His experience includes driving OEM technical programs, elevating repair quality, and fostering strong partnerships between OEMs and repair facilities.

Scott is well-known across the industry for his practical approach, technical expertise, and dedication to advancing safe and proper repairs. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has contributed to numerous initiatives that promote technician development and repair excellence.
