Seth Wilcox is Axalta’s vice-president of Refinish North America, one of Axalta’s largest businesses. He joined Axalta’s leadership team in 2015 after spending 17 years with Pep Boys Automotive where he held various roles of increasing responsibility. During his last 4 years with the company, he led their $350M commercial business as Vice President of Commercial.

Seth is a proud alumnus of Penn State University where he earned a BA and an Executive MBA.
