Stephan-Stergiou

Stephan Stergiou, the CEO and co-founder of Openclaims, has more than 15 years of experience in the tech industry. Openclaims is his latest venture, following successful stints in the CRM and online printing industries.

After completing his master’s degree in international management at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and CEMS, he joined VODW (now EY) as a strategic marketing consultant. He specialized in customer-centric business transformation. These experiences led him to his first venture, Qollabi, a cloud-software company that helps its customers streamline and enhance their collaboration with partners, resellers, and brokers. Following this, he founded DrukwerkMAX, which became a top 3 online print e-commerce platform for medium-sized and large businesses with a 24/7 printing facility.

Fast-forward to 2015, when Stephan co-founded Openclaims, a SaaS (software-as-a-service) company that processes motor claims. Its innovative technology helps body shops, insurers, leasing companies, and other automotive players increase the efficiency of their claims and repair handling processes. They offer first-class customer journeys to drivers, increase revenue and margin for body shops, and significantly lower costs throughout the value chain. Openclaims has become the leading motor claims and repair management software platform in the Dutch market. It is active in the Benelux, Nordics, and DACH region.
