Stephen started his career in 1978, spending 9 years at Ford and Rover dealerships as a technician and bodyshop manager. He has a City & Guilds in vehicle body repair/refinishing.

In 1987 Stephen moved into the paint industry and spent 20 years in senior management roles across the UK & Ireland servicing the bodyshop industry.

In 2007 Stephen went to the Middle East to run bodyshops in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE before joining Axalta in 2013.

Stephen currently manages the Axalta Premium Brands across the GCC countries. He is now in his 43rd year in the bodyshop industry and is still learning something new every day.
