Steve has been involved in the development and introduction of technology to vehicle repairers and motor insurers for over 25 years. Beginning in the UK, Steve was involved in the implementation of new vehicle repair times and methods to repairers on behalf of a major UK insurer. Additionally, Steve spent many years implementing and training large and small bodyshops on the use of bodyshop management technology.

The relocation to Malaysia was to implement a similar project and goals in the country. By being involved in a regulated company to encourage standardization and compliance, this was the first step in introducing this huge change to the Malaysian market. Working with regulators and every vehicle repair stakeholder, Steve is continuing his push for data standardisation along with an accreditation program for motor insurance repair; guaranteeing quality and safety for Malaysian drivers.

In addition to this project. Steve is also involved in vehicle repairer management software to assist vehicle repairers adapt to these changes and encourage efficiency and better processes.
