Turan started his industry career in the insurance sector in 2008, holding roles with AXA Sigorta and then HDI Sigorta, before joining Avek Otomotiv as Claims Management Supervisor in 2015. He then spent 5 years in the bodyshop sector with RS Otomotiv Grubu, AutoKing and Auto Life

Center Services, before starting his own business, Gold Garage Automotive, in 2020. Today, Gold Garage increasingly focuses on EV and hybrid vehicle repairs.
