Today as Technical & service Engineer, Yacine started his career in the automotive industry as an apprentice in the workshop when he was only 14 years old with several premium brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar Land Rover … and different countries (France, Germany, UK). Yacine likes to be challenged and fix issues, so he works within Aftersales. Customer-oriented, the process and support he aims to provide need to give the best experience for premium customers, this is the reason, why he is working for BYD.
