Since its official opening in March 2017, Symach’s Future Center in Bologna has seen AkzoNobel, BASF and Sherwin-Williams all test their products using Symach’s equipment.
AkzoNobel used the centre March to introduce Symach’s DryTronic technology to its Canadian customers. The result is that Symach technology is now spreading in the Canadian market.
In July, the Future Center hosted the BASF paint engineering team from BASF Coatings Belgium and Kees Verdaasdonk from BASF Coatings headquarters in Munster, Germany to test BASF’s Glasurit and R-M paint lines on the Symach DryTronic system. It received the official BASF approval.
A Sherwin-Williams group of engineers used the centre in August to test its products on Symach DryTronic system. The DryTronic technology met all the standards required by Sherwin-Williams.
