Symach partners with Zenetec

Multi-shop operator, Zenetec CSN has added a new location employing the fully automated Symach FixLine conveyor system.
The new site located in the South Barrie area, Ontario, Canada will produce 90 repairs per week and feature the Symach FixLine conveyor system with six robots covering all phases of the repair process.
The Zenetec fit-out is the first large bodyshop Symach has implemented in the Canadian market. Symach’s Osvaldo Bergaglio said, ‘I have personally project managed the shop design considering efficiency, quality, volume of production and aesthetic design. My international team will now oversee the install and training for four or five weeks with all the staff and managers.’
The 28,000sqft shop will include a unique bodyshop along with automatic car wash with six independent stalls for detailing. Also incorporated in the facility will be five bays for vehicle wrapping, window tinting and glass replacement, the large office area will include a customer lounge with amenities.
The centre is slated to be fully operational by the beginning of 2017.
