Terms and Conditions for:
IBIS / Bodyshop Conference and Events (Delegate / Awards Tickets and Hotel Stays)
1. General Information
- By purchasing a ticket for any of our IBIS / Bodyshop Events, you (the “Attendee”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all ticket sales and attendance at the event.
2. Ticket Purchase
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Tickets are issued by Plenham Limited, and once purchased, they are subject to these T&C’s.
- Attendees must ensure that the ticket details (name, contact information) provided at the time of purchase are accurate.
3. Payment
- Ticket prices include all applicable taxes.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
4. Ticket Transfer
- Tickets are non-transferable unless specifically authorized by Plenham Limited.
- If a ticket holder is unable to attend, the ticket may be transferred to another individual only with prior written consent from Plenham Limited.
5. Event Changes and Cancellations
- Plenham Limited reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, or speakers, and these changes will not entitle attendees to a refund.
- In the event of a full cancellation of the conference, a credit will be offered, or a full refund will be issued.
6. Access to the Event
- Access to the event will be granted only to named individuals.
- Attendees must present a valid ticket upon entry via the App or as a named individual.
7. Code of Conduct
- Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner. Any disruptive behaviour or violation of this code of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.
8. Health and Safety
- Attendees must comply with any health and safety guidelines provided by Plenham Limited or the venue.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Plenham Limited is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being. In any respect financial liability is limited to the ticket purchase price.
10. Force Majeure
- Plenham Limited will not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or alterations of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
11. Photography and Recording
- By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used by Plenham Limited for promotional purposes.
