The Netherlands’ could ban the sale of all diesel and petrol cars by 2025. A majority of the Dutch Parliament’s lower house have approved the bill, which would be the first in history. BASF has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Guangdong Yinfan Chemistry Co Ltd in China.
