VW Wolfsburg plant wins award

The Lean Production Award 2018 has gone to Volkswagen’s Wolfsburg plant for the first time. The Volkswagen Group recorded the best ever first half year in its history, delivering 5.5 million vehicles to customers. Battery sharing experiments underway

Honda Motor and Panasonic Corporation announced plans to conduct a research experiment in Indonesia on battery sharing using the Honda Mobile Power Pack, a detachable mobile battery with electric mobility products, including electric motorcycles. Renault vehicle sales up 9.8%

Groupe Renault passenger car (PC) and light commercial vehicle (LCV) registrations worldwide increased 9.8%. Group market share currently stands at 4.3 per cent (+0.2 points).
