Bahadir joined to 3M in 2012 as a Product Developer for Paint Finishing Systems and developed several formulations for EMEA and Global markets and set up the manufacturing of these products. In 2019, Bahadir moved to Application Engineering Leader role for South East Europe, Russia&CIS, East Europe and Middle East and Africa. Then, he moved the EMEA Application Engineering Leader role in 2020 and lead the EMEA Application Engineering team till 2024.

Now, he is leading the Global Application Engineering team for Abrasive and Paint Finishing portfolios in 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division.
