Stuart Sandell – Assistant vice president of Replacement and Affinity for Europe, Enterprise Rent-A-Car

As assistant vice president of the Replacement and Affinity division for Europe, Stuart Sandell is responsible for the overall leadership, management and strategic direction of Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s European Replacement and Affinity teams.
He works closely with Enterprise’s operating groups across Europe, overseeing the insurance, manufacturer, assistance and affinity sector.
Stuart joined Enterprise in 2001 through the company’s renowned management training programme and learned the business from the ground up.
After 10 years in rental operations where he held several positions, Stuart was promoted to national sales manager in 2011, which enabled him to use his operational and sales experience to full effect.
In 2013, Stuart was promoted to head of UK and Ireland Replacement Division to focus on the development of insurance, broker, and bodyshop opportunities across the UK, a role which was later expanded to include manufacturers, dealerships and assistance companies.
He was promoted to assistant vice president in 2016, with responsibility expanding to France, Spain and Germany and took on the affinity division in 2018.
Stuart is originally from Sussex where he currently lives with his young family.
