Theo has been in the repair industry since 1981 and ran his own bodyshop for 22 years.
He Joined Solus in 2004 to head up its Learning & Development function during its acquisition by Norwich Union, and oversaw its rapid growth from five sites to 21, as well as securing PAS125 accreditation for all sites within a year of the scheme’s launch.
Since 2011, Theo has been Technical Director, responsible for every aspect of the company’s repair infrastructure: equipment, processes, materials, OEM approvals and relationships, and Health and Safety.
His principal focus is ensuring Solus can repair the increasingly technologically complex vehicles which are already coming into its workshops.
