Claudia Morgillo has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years. She founded Doublesee Enterprises with her partner. Over an eleven-year period the business has grown from one repair facility to six Fix Auto locations. Their head office is in Toronto, Ontario Canada.
Claudia has created a unique employee development system for her organisation to help build and support the most positive and productive culture possible.
She is an ICF accredited, professional certified coach and leadership trainer, with a specialty in ADHD coaching.
Claudia is an advocate for the encouragement and hiring of female employees. Women make up 25% of her workforce currently.
Claudia was acknowledged by Collision Management Magazine in May 2016 and appears on their first ever all-female cover.
