Fix changes name

Fix Auto World has changed its name to Fix Automotive Network World to encompass the complete service solution the business now provides.

‘We’ve grown our family of aftermarket brands to deliver a complete service solution to our industry partners and create business opportunities for our franchise members,’ said president and CEO Steve Leal. ‘Our new corporate name takes us beyond the bodyshop and gives us the room we need to grow our integrated aftermarket solution.’

Fix Automotive Network Canada was launched in 2016, following the purchase of Prime CarCare group, to reflect the organisation’s commitment to building a complete aftermarket solution on a national scale. Steve Leal said that this concept is now ready to be exported globally, with the acquisition of the rights of NOVUS Glass and SRP auto glass products in June 2017.

‘The needs of our supply partners and industry stakeholders are evolving, and it is our mission to grow alongside them for a more efficient and focused aftermarket future,’ added David Lingham, head of business for Fix Automotive Network World. ‘Everywhere we go, we are well positioned to bring the structure, partnerships and tools that business owners need to thrive in this age of consolidation.’

Fix Auto formed in 1992 in Canada, and now counts 680 independently-owned collision repair centres across 11 countries. NOVUS Glass invented windshield repair in 1972 and today comprises more than 1,300 service locations in 30 countries. Speedy Auto Service has over 65 years’ experience delivering quality mechanical repairs and service in nearly 70 franchise-owned locations across Canada. In addition to its aftermarket network brands, Fix Automotive Network World includes auto glass related products under the SRP brand.
