Tanya serves as a senior strategic advisor to MAP Investco, a family office founded by Paul Antony, the founder of Carproof and other automotive industry businesses. Tanya leads several key initiatives for MAP, including operating roles within the portfolio.
Prior to joining MAP, Tanya spent over 25 years working in and leading product, data, operations and technology teams delivering estimating, claims workflow, glass repair, vehicle valuation, transportation logistics, FNOL and total loss solutions. She serves as on the Board of Directors and as Vice Chair of the Women’s Industry Network, believing strongly in the mission to attract, retain, and develop women in collision repair in order to support industry sustainability. Tanya earned a bachelor’s degree from George Fox University and lives in Portland, Oregon enjoying the outdoors and relationships with three children and many family and friends.
